When I brought Ruby home as a puppy, I wanted the very best for her. I enrolled her in puppy classes, adolescent training, workshops — I was doing everything right. And yet, challenges still arose. Ruby had a few difficult encounters with other dogs and started to feel unsure of herself.
I quickly realised that even with the best intentions, the right guidance makes all the difference. With support, a clear plan, and consistency, Ruby grew into a confident, happy dog — and I learned what it truly takes to create lasting change.
Now, with over 7 years of professional experience as an Accredited Canine Behaviourist and Qualified Animal Training Instructor, I bring that understanding to every family I work with.
